Admin & Data Settings

Connect a Google Sheet to manage projects. Anyone with sheet access can add, edit, or remove rows — changes appear on the map after refresh. No login required.

One-time Google Sheets Setup

  1. Create a new Google Sheet and add these column headers in row 1:
  2. Go to File → Share → Publish to web
  3. Set document to Entire Document, format to Comma-separated values (.csv)
  4. Click Publish, confirm, then copy the URL
  5. Paste it in the field below and click Save & Load
Name City State Latitude Longitude Description Date Status Category ImageURL Link

Status values: Active · Completed · Planned
Latitude/Longitude: Decimal degrees (e.g. 38.6270, -90.1994) — right-click any spot in Google Maps to copy coordinates.
ImageURL & Link: Optional. Leave blank if not needed.

Leave blank to use the default MACFA project sheet. Override with your own published CSV from File → Share → Publish to web → CSV.
