What We Do

Recycling Initiatives

Establish and improve recycling programs, with a focus on Mississippi River communities to provide sustainable waste management solutions.

Plastic Use Reduction

Advocate for reducing single-use plastics and support policies that reduce the burden on local governments and taxpayers.

Reuse Program

Encourage the adoption of reusable alternatives and facilitate reuse practices in communities.

Local Government Assistance

Develop and provide local governments with templates for effective waste management ordinances, contracts, and policies.

Grant Writing & Management

Assist in identifying, applying for, and managing grants to support plastic pollution reduction projects.

Engineering & Design

Provide client-focused engineering and surveying services through our close affiliation with BFA Inc., emphasizing responsive design, project oversight, and sustainable solutions.

MidAmerica Clean Future Alliance (MCFA) is a charitable project of GVNGorg, a California nonprofit public benefit  corporation founded in 2016 to launch such projects and create worldwide impact.

 GVNGorg is a tax-exempt public charity recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. As such, all donations in support of MRPPI through GVNGorg are tax-deductible to the full extent allowable by law.
